Fela got out the bath and had his sleep tincture. He then did his routine well and used the toilet before getting into bed. We said prayer and I left his music on. We said good night and fela was in bed for 10:15. Looking back on the camera fela seemed to be asleep for 10:35 he slept through until 6:05am but was quiet. I heard him at 6:35 and he used the toilet. He got back into bed and was humming so I took his tea, fruit and supplements up he then did his routine well and was down stairs for 8:20 breakfast had and is now taking supplements
