28/11/2019 – Day & Evening shift – kuda wadesango

Shift Report:

Took over finishing off Felas morning routine with him. Came downstairs to have some breakfast. Fela was slow in everything he was doing through out the shift. He relaxed to some gospel performances on youtube before heading out. Claire did the board with Fela and appeared not feeling very well and we did not want to push him to do too much this morning with the way he was presenting. The weather was not also very good in the morning. So we decided to go for a drive to aldi to pick up a few things for the house and for Fela to get some fresh air. Returned home, he went straight to lie on the sofa and staff prepared some lunch for him. We had to prompt him quiet a few times to come to table as he was reluctant to do so. He eventually came to sit at the table to have his lunch and ate all his food. He went back on the sofa and we followed the flu/cold recovery with fresh lemon and ginger and Claire rubbed some tiger balm on. Took a brief nap and after nap looked a bit energetic and brighter. Watched his movies and had his  tea. Went for walk around the neighbourhood and did well. Had his snack and prepared his bath for his night time soak.
