At 11:35am fela requested a honey, lemon and ginger tea so I made this for him.

Fela then asked for crisps, I offered fela a banana, fela accepted.

Fela then finished his tea  and used the toilet again (passed urine) and then we got our outdoor wear on and headed out for a winter walk in the neighbourhood, fela did really well and appeared to really enjoy the walk. We walked for around 1 hour 15 minutes, and had a little stop for refreshments and snack. Fela worked up a good sweat.

Once back fela removed his outdoor wear and shoes and then made his way to the toilet.

Fela then made his way to the lounge and watched a dvd (flushed away), fela appeared tired this evening but appeared to enjoy the movie.

Fela took his supplements at 17:30pm.

After tea we cracked on with chores whilst fela relaxed watching a dvd.

We then did foot physio and handle (hug and tug).

Fela then continued to watch his dvd with sensory lights on. Fela has appeared very tired this evening.

At 8pm fela had his drink, supplement and snack.

Fela requested a head massage so I gave fela a head massage.

Fela has his call with mama at 8:25pm, we explained that fela appeared tired so only a short call tonight; all this did seem to perk fela up, fela was full of smiles and laughing.

Fela then made his way to the bathroom, removed his clothes and then got into the bath. I assisted fela with his personal care and fela is now happily splashing away.

A very nice shift with a happy fela.
