28/12/2020 – Sleep shift – alicia keenan

Shift Report:

Fela got out the bath at 21:40pm, dried himself and then passed urine, fela then made his way upstairs, finished his nighttime routine (all creams and foot powder applied) and teeth brushed, fela then used the toilet (b/m medium).

Fela then made his way to bed at 10.05pm,we said prayer and good night.

Fela appears to have got to sleep by 10:30pm.

I heard fela humming at 1am so I prompted fela to use the toilet.

At 2 am fela still had not gone back to sleep and can be seen on camera rocking backwards and forwards in bed and heard humming, I prompted fela back to sleep.

At 3 am fela was still awake, heard humming and seen via camera sat up in bed, I prompted fela to lie down and go back to sleep.

At 4am fela was still awake but remained quiet.

At 4:44am I heard fela hissing and when checking the camera fela was sat up in bed and moving from side to side on the bed so I prompted him to the toilet, fela then got back into bed once finished.

Fela remained awake and I could hear him humming at 6am, he then sat up in bed so I prompted him to lie down.

Fela finally went back to sleep at 06:40am.

Fela woke at 9am, I took his supplements, tea and fruit up to him.

Fela has had around 4 hours sleep but has been awake for a very long period of time, from 1am until 6:40am.
