At 2pm Claire and Fela were watching Aladdin 2019 in the lounge. Fela seemed quite relaxed and nodded off for 15 – 30 minutes. When he awoke, Claire gave him a light snack.
Afterwards he was listening to music on Plex. Claire engaged him in some physio exercises to roll the tennis ball under his feet which he did for 20 minutes.
Fela and I enjoyed dinner of spaghetti and vegetarian mince with peas and beans. We had a lovely chat – all three of us – around the dinner table although Fela appeared to be nodding off. My mum rang so I excused myself.
On my return, Fela and Claire were working up a sweat to Walk at Home in the lounge. He did about 20 minutes. Claire gave Fela a facial trim whilst I ran his bath. At the time of writing this report, he is relaxing in the bath which he entered at 9pm.
