Fela was relaxing listening to music on my arrival, I said hello and then had handover.
I did the board and Fela chose a film to watch, after he had finished listening to his music, Fela chose Little Women.
At 5.30pm Fela had his supplements and then at approximately 5.30pm we had our evening meal, Fela said prayer very well and ate well.
After dinner Fela watched the rest of his film.
At 7.05pm I cleaned Fela’s keloids due to Fela scratching them and causing his left keloid to bleed, I applied a small dressing and Fela was very happy with this.
Throughout the evening I have asked Fela if he would like me to sit with him but he clearly said five, each time I asked.
Michael came to bring the groceries and myself and Emma put these away.
Fela had his evening snack at 8pm and his supplements, he then had a phone call off Mama.
At approximately 9pm Fela got into the bath and did his routine supported by Emma.
Fela as had a lovely evening, very relaxed and content, lots of beautiful smiles.
