I arrived for my shift just before 4.30 pm fela was sitti g on sofa listening to music I went in and said hi then had handover from alicia and chole.
At 17.10 myself n fela did the board fela took teach cards out folder and put them on to his board then we went through the oard once it was completed.
At 17.15 I got the hoop out and asked fela if he wanted to do hoop evaluator he said no so adked him if he would like head massage and again fela said no and asked for 5. I said to fela comd back in 10 minutes and he gave thumps up and smiles and I went back in to fela at 17.30 and he said no again to any handle. Fela had his keliod cleaned and creamed.
At 17.50pm we sat down for tea fela said prayer well and ate neat and tidy.
After fela had finished his tea he went sat on the sofa and relaxed listening to Bob marley I explained to fela by counting in 5 with my hand that would give him 15mintue then start his sensory activities,
At 18.50 we started fela sensory activity by doing foot tickle using a comb,paint brush fela was tiching at his keliod so gave him cotton pad with witch hazel and then pot gel and fela applied this him self, then alicia gavd them good clean. Fela then had foot spa and music. I asked fela if he wanted facial trim he said no.
Fela had finished using foot spa we had story time and myself and fela ready winning pooh tersuary fela asked for me to sit on sofa with him so I did.
Fela has his snack then he spoke to mama on the phone. Once finished in the fela got undressed and into the bath
