I have arrived for shift and said hello to Fella and then had hand over .

18:30 Once dinner and pudding had finished Fela has taken out his glass and then used the toilet it has taken Fela about 15 mins to wash his hands before going and sitting on the sofa to finish watching his film
At 19:00 I have asked Fela if he would like to do walk at home as it is on the board Fela has said No twice and asked for Five mins .
At 19:10 I have gone back in and asked Fela again about doing walk at home Fela said no.
Staff have then done some chores.
19:30 I have asked Fela if he would like to do walk at home again Fela has said no and pointed to the door so I have left.
19:44 Emma has given Fela his drink of drinking chocolate as Fela was falling asleep.
20:00 Fela has had night time supplement and then his snack, Fela has used the toilet before starting to eat his snack.
20:30 Fela has gone into the bathroom and used the toilet large bowel movement (no blood).
Fela has then got in the bath at 20:45 staff have supported Fela with personal care and Fela is in the bath happily splashing away.
