Flea got out the bath and then did his routine brilliant. He use the toilet before and after his bath and then again before getting into bed. We said prayer and then I left his music on repeat and said goodnight. I could hear fela humming until around 11pm and looking at the camera asleep not long after that. He slept until around 4:45am he used the toilet and then got back into bed. He was awake and humming and then went back to sleep at around 6:20am. Fela woke at 7:50 had his supplements. Fruit and tea and then did his routine brilliant. He was downstairs for 8;45 and had breakfast and is just taking his supplements
