I arrived for my shift and fela was getting ready for lunch. I said hello to fela. He sat down for lunch and I said prayer with fela.
Fela then ate his lunch. Had handover with zoe,Dan and Chris.
Once finished lunch fela went sat in rocking chair and listned to music. Fela then went to the toielt had normal bowel movment. We then got shoes on and got ready to go for walk. We got about 10mins into the before it started raining heavily so truned round came home. We walked for about 15 min on returning home fela took all out door ware off. We then did improved health workout. Fela completed 15min of this. He then sat in his rocking chair listened to music and had cup tea.
Fela then went sit at the table and had his snack. Fela then went to sit on the toielt.past urine Once finsihed he went sat in his rocking chair.
Myself, fela and Chris did some makaton and fela did very well with these. We did makaton signs for walk,drum,food, music and also fela showed some of signs for weather and he seemed to really be enjoy showing of his skills and was full of smiles.
Teresa arrived for her shift gave handover.
Fela went to toielt past urine. Then we sat down for dinner fela said prayer and ate well. After fela went sat in his rocking chair board up dated. Fela relaxed listening to music.
Atc7pm we got ready to go forcwalk. Fela used the toielt then we left to go on neighbourhood walk. Half way round fela became agaited stamping his feet gruntal nosies we think this is becuase we asked fela not to go in the drives and touch cars this lasted for a bit 3 mintues then fela was calm and we carried on walking fela was vocal on the rest of the walk. We then returned home and fela became vocal unhappy he removed his bag and went into the bathroom. I propmted fela to take his hat and coat of asi t was warm in bathroom nad didn’t want him to get too hot. Fela too these off
Once finished in bathroom I asked fela to go and hang his coat and hat up. He put them back on. Then took them off and hung them up.shoes removed. Fela went sat at table for his snack. Fela then went sat in his rocking chair listened to music.
I then prompted fela in to the bathroom fela sat on toielt and past urine. Fela got undressed and into the bath. I supported fela with his personal hygiene.
On wrting this report fela is relaxing in the bath
