On arriving for shift fela was upstairs completing his morning routine with emma. Fela came down stairs and got his apron in ready for breakfast fela ate his breakfast well and took his supplements. After breakfast fela went and sat in his rocking chair and listen to his music fela listened to soul women. Fela had his snack then hot ready to go for walk, left and drove tunstall park and had walk around and picked up couple sticks and then after walk we went into cafe and fela had herbal blackcurrant tea in the cafe. After fela had finished his drink fela myself and emma got in the car and headed for home. On arriving home fela went and relaxed in lounge and listend to music while emma prepare lunch and I did some chores. Fela had lunch and ate well. After lunch fela went and sat in his rocker and choose to watch annie. Fela helps zoe to clean his rocking chair and little table Fela had his afternoon snack and finished watching annie. Once annie had finished myself and fela did some Christmas themed arts and crafts which was very enjoyable, while zoe did some chores. While we was doing arts and crafts we had traditional christmas hymes. Once we finished with arts and crafts fela went and sat in his rocker and listened to celine Dion and Michael ball before tea.fela had phone call of mama. Fela had tea and then relaxed back in living. My self zoe and fela then got ready to go for a walk fela became agitated see arousal state. We returned home and fela sat in his rocker we left fela to calm.Once fela had calm he had his hot drink and supplements then had his snack. Fela started his night time routine with zoe while I mopped the floors on writing this report fela is relaxing in the bath

Yes to 5 – Very Agitated We got outside to go on our walk, this evening and Fela was vocal, we then continued with the walk but after five minutes we had to return home, Fela became agitated, stamping his feet and been very vocal, once home fela removed his outer wear and went into the lounge and sat on his rocking chair, he went to a level 5, stamping his feet very hard, rocking back and forth and sideways, very vocal and gutteral noises, this lasted approximately 25 minutes and then Fela calmed.
