29/11/2019 – Sleep shift – zoe holmes

Shift Report:

Fela did his night routine excellent, he passed urine before and after his bath and after brushing his teeth, I noticed tonight that Fela’s ocds were more than usual, Fela got into bed and we said prayer, I could hear Fela gently humming on and off until approximately 10.30pm, I then didn’t hear Fela until 1am, he went to the toilet and was very noisy, stamping and vocal, he returned to bed and continued to be noisy, I went into Fela and he requested music, he then went to being very happy, I returned downstairs and I continued to hear Fela on and off until approximately 4.30am, he was giggling, hissing and generally very happy, I then heard Fela again at approximately 7.20am, I then went into Fela with his morning tea and apple cut up in a ramekin, Fela took a very long time to eat his apple and drink his tea, approximately 40min minutes, I kept going up and sitting with Fela, Fela was very happy when he got into the shower and was full of smiles, morning routine followed well, with plenty of prompting and reassurance, once downstairs Fela as put his apron on and is now eating his breakfast.

Yes to 3 – Very Noisy Fela became very noisy when he woke at 1am and went to the toilet, he returned to bed and I went into Fela and he requested music on, he then went instantly to being very happy.
