Fela was getting dressed with Carla when I arrived on shift. He soon came down and helped finish off preparing his breakfast with Michael. Fela ate his breakfast, took all his supplements and then had a cup of tea. We returned home and Fela listened to music, had a snack and then we got ready to go out for a walk. Fela asked to use the toilet before we left and sat on it for just over an hour and had a bowel movement. We then left and headed to Tunstall park and had a lovely walk around. Please see arousal
We returned home and had lunch and then fela requested a dvd. He watched the lion king. Zoe cleaned felas keloids and then Fela had his snack. We then went out in the car to get staff butter and ham before returning back home and Fela continued with his dvd while dinner was prepared, Fela asked Zoe to clean his keloids again so this was done and after Fela was offered numerous activities which he refused but asked for a head massage and done some skull tapping.
Fela ate well at dinner but after did start to become a little agitated (please see arousal)
fela then listened to music before having his snack and then we played a game of dominos. Fela then got ready to go and is currently using the toilet before heading to Michael and Carlas for the night.
Arousal States – Start: 1 Baseline End: 1 Baseline Did his state change? Yes to 4 – Agitated after our walk we were walking back to the car and Fela became very noisy and seemed almost agitated briefly, he started rocking slightly before getting into the car and calming immediately.
After dinner fela was eating his biscuits and became agitated, he was jumping up and down on his chair and was very noisy. He calmed within a minute.
