I arrived for my shift and said hello to fela he was sat relaxing in his rocking chair listening to bob Marley, fela seemed to be in very happy mood.
We had handover from zoe. At 9.25 am I went and di fela board with him and he seemed to be happy with today activities. Fela then relaxed listening to music while staff did some chores.
Fela had his snack at 10.30 then shortly after we got ready to go for a walk, we went to chatterly whitfield we arrived there and had good walk around fela appeared to be in happy and pleasant mood and was smiling. Fela did very well on walk and even moved to side and stop to let people past with out any verbal prompting, we we got to the bottom of the steps I asked fela if he would like to go up the steps or stright on fela pointed forward nad carried on walking. After walk we headed back to car. Once at the car in fela had drink of water.
We arrived home at 12.30pm fela used the toilet on tetuing home and relaxed listening to music, while staff got lunch ready. We then sat down for lunch. Fela said prayer and ate neat and tidy. Fela went and sat in his rocking chair after lunch (please see arousal state).
Zoe-lou arrived for her shift and had handover, I cleaned fela keloids once I had finished cleaned fela keloids he asked to have sleep and pointed to sofa, so got fela comfy on sofa at 14.10 and let him relax fela then got up and used the toilet at 14.30 then got back on the sofa fela appeared to be asleep.
At 15.15 zoe-lou woke fela up and he went and sat on toilet fela had bowel movement but was falling asleep while sitting on the toilet. After fela had finished on toilet he went and sat in his rocking chair and had his snack. , I update fela board with him at 16.00pm
16.25pm zoe-lou cleaned fela keloids, his left keloids looks sore and fela has been picking at it even after it has been creamed so zoe gave fela a pad with aleo gel on so he could soothe it.
At 16.55 myself and fela did some writing in his wipe clean books we did numbers nad colour and shapes this was to help keep fela active and busy ad he was falling asleep.
We sat down for dinner at 17.35 fela ate and tidy and then had pudding during pudding fela became agaited (please see arousal state). After ward fela went and relaxed listening to music. At 18.30pm I cleaned and creamed fela keloids. We then put dvd on for fela. We sat with fela to watch this and had to keep prompting fela awake as he was falling asleep.
At 19.10 I updated fela board and he seemd happy with this evening plans. I gave fela a pot of aleo gel to run in his keloids as he was really rubbing at it.
Fela had his camilla tea at 19.40. After his tea zoe-lou had game of card to fela to try keep him awake as he was falling asleep. Fela asked to finish he had his bed time supplements and snack. Shortly after wards fela had phone call of mama. Fela seemed of got 2nd wind and he has gone very happy and laughing.
Fela then got ready for his bath fela got in to the bath at 9pm.
On writing this report fela is very happily laughing Splashing away in the bath.
