Shift Report:
Asleep by 10.20, awake just after 2am and got up to use the toilet shortly after and then got back into bed but looking at the camera fela does not appear to have gone back to sleep. Fela then got up to use the toilet again just after 7 am.
Fela then got back into bed and had his supplements, a cup of tea and an apple and then asked for 5 and lay back down.
Fela is currently lying in bed but he is humming softly so adele is about to go up to get him up and and into the shower
