Shift Report:
Fela was finishing his supplements when I arrived on shift. Once finished he moved to his rocker and zoe done his board and then he had a cup of tea while listening to soul women. Fela then had his snack and As it was raining we could not go out for a walk so we done walk at home instead while zoe cooked lunch.
Fela done really well and made a good effort at it.
Shortly after that we had lunch. Staff had handover and then fela had the back massager and the foot massager on and had his fairy lights on. Fela then used the toilet and then lay on the sofa briefly but did not sleep.
Fela then had his snack and once finished he came to the table and we all done a jigsaw together.
Once finished fela came and helped me with
Some cooking, he chopped some mushrooms and veg for me and then sat down and listened to music. Fela then used the toilet and had a bowel movement. We then had dinner at 6.30 pm due to fela needing extra time on the toilet. Fela finished dinner and then moved to the sofa and watched happy feet 2 before having his snack and then speaking to carla on the phone. Fela is now in the bath looking tired.
