30/09/2020 – Evening shift – teresa davenhill

Shift Report:

I arrived on shift and fela was just avin a back massager and the foot massager on and had his fairy lights on. I had handover with chloe and zoe then  Fela used the toilet and then lay on the sofa  but did not sleep.
Fela  had his snack and once finished he came to the table and we all done a jigsaw
Once finished fela came and helped with  cooking tea he did so well. He’s very presise. I also took some pics on his camera. He was full of smiles , he chopped some mushrooms and veg  and then sat down and listened to music. Fela then used the toilet and had a bowel movement. We then had dinner at 6.30 pm due to fela needing extra time on the toilet. Fela finished dinner and then sat on the sofa and watched happy feet 2 before having his snack and then speaking to carla on the phone. Fela is now in the batg
