Handover given by WA, when I arrived for my shift with AM. AM took over with Fela’s morning routine and I started with the chores, Fela came down for breakfast as AM sat with him.
AM updated the TEACCH board with Fela and we made the decision that since he is on red alert, a walk will be best than taking him to the public place. Fela agreed to the board as it was explain with the TEACCH cards to him.
We took a walk to Endon and then returned back home to have some lunch, Fela got his wet shirt and vest changed and had his lunch and pudding.
Offered him a nap as AM prepared the sofa for him, Fela took a rest first before falling asleep which gave him 35 minutes of sleep. He woke up and had his snack, AB came for her shift and got handover.
When leaving Fela was on the loo.
