Shift Report:
Fela was falling asleep in the bath. He got out and done his night routine very well. He got into bed, said prayer and I left him with his music on. I heard nothing from fela until just before 6 when he got up to use the toilet and then got back into bed. I went up at 7.45 and he requested music and more time. Time given and then fela got up and started his morning routine. Morning Routine done well and fela is currently just finishing his breakfast
