I arrived for my shift at 4.30pm met chole and we collected fela car and went up to carla and micheals. On arriving at carla and micheals fela was sitting in his chair, he then got up to get ready to leave. Fela said goodbye and then we headed back home
On returning home fela took his shoes off then used the toilet he then went and sat in his rocking chair and Once home fela took of his shoes and then used the toilet once he had finished on toilet fela went and sat in his rocking chair and requested ‘little women’ dvd. I updated fela board with him he seemed happy with today activities..
We stopped the dvd half way through for dinner. Fela ate well and after he finihsed his dinner he want and sat in his rocking chair and continued with his dvd. I cleaned felas keloids and then at approx 7.25 Fela used the toilet and then we headed out for a walk in the neighbourhood. Fela did very well on the walk. We returned home at 20.10pm. Fela took of his shoes and hat then went sat in his rocking chair. had his snack and drink.
Once finished his snack Fela spoke to Carla on the phone.
Fela then moved to the bathroom, got undressed and is now in the bath looking tired.
