i arrived on shift at 09.00am and fela was in bed eating his snack.
at 10.00am fela sat on the toilet upstairs and had a bowel movement that was normal stool and no blood.
at 10.10m fela got in the shower and had a nice wash.
at 10.50am fela came downstairs for breakfast.
at 11.00am fela had his breakfast and had all his supplements.
at 11.50am fela went for a bike ride with his moma and clair.
while fela was way on his bike ride i cleaned all down stairs and hoovered and moped all through the dishes where washed and dryed and put away and the washing was put i the dryer upstairs.
