Shift Report:
fela got out of the bath and done his night routine really well. He got into bed just after 10pm and looking at the camera he fell asleep almost straight away and did not wake until 6.30am when he got up to use the toilet.
Fela got back into bed but did not go back to sleep, at 7.40 he had his supplements, some fruit and a cup of tea
