Other Locum GP at Leek Moorlands Hospital
Dr David Weldon
The Doctor diagnosed Fela's right keloid as being infected. He prescribed an antibiotic cream as well as an oral antibiotic as he said the cream on its own might not penetrate deep enough into the affected cells.
Medication Prescribed: Flucloxacillin capsules – to be taken 4 times daily for a week.
Fusidic acid cream – to be applied 2 times daily to the infected keloid.
Follow Up:Only if it has not cleared in a week.
