Food Preparation: Cornflake Cakes

Recommended: 70% dark chocolate with no dairy


  • Melt the chocolate by breaking it up in a glass bowl and letting it rest in a pan of boiled water.
  • Add the cornflake to the melted chocolate to coat all the flakes.
  • Scoop them with a spoon into balls or into muffin cases and put them in fridge to harden.
  • Store in fridge in tupperware with lid.

Aim: Try to engage Fela in the stirring and placing on the greaseproof paper in balls or in muffin cases.

Reward: he can lick the bowl
