Visit Butcher’s

*Ask Fela if he wants to accompany you into the Butcher’s. If yes, prompt him to pay for the meat and receive the change. order to make a list of what meat is required for the week.

Guidelines for making list:

• You will need to look in the freezer to check what’s available, then look at this week’s menu and have a look at the recipes to ensure you get the right cut of meat.
• Most recipes are in the folders on top of the fridge; if not you may need to do a search on Google then print.

Remember to take enough money from the petty cash, get a receipt and reconcile the petty cash before finishing your shift.
