Hi All.
This is just a reminder that in the recent Incident Debriefing, which was sent to all staff.
That it states that lesson's can be learned for the future, which are the following :-
As a precaution, Staff are to allow Fela to precede them when coming down the stairs for breakfast. This will enable them to keep an eye on him.
Please can we make sure that when Fela comes downstairs that staff follow Fela down.
