In light of today's shift report of Fela coughing and sweating, staff are to continue his treatment plan for colds and flus (this is pinned up next to the computer). This is to be implemented for the next three days until Wednesday 30 October, and then it will be re-assessed.
Please bear in mind that Fela's fresh lemon and ginger teas are not to be given later than 6pm in the evening, due to their diuretic effect on the body. Although urinating is a way of eliminating toxins and germs from the body, we want to avoid his wetting the bed.
His consumption of these teas may be recorded on the Food Record.
