Kindly offer Fela the choice of porridge for breakfast if this is not stated on the menu. We are trying to offer him other options besides porridge, but this still tends to be his preferred option.
He likes the following additions to his porridge:
– 1 tbsp honey, agave, maple or date syrup
– 1 tbsp raisins or other dried fruit
– sprinkle of chopped nuts
– chopped ripe banana (optional)
– dash of cinnamon or nutmeg (optional)
The porridge may be made at a ratio of 1 cup porridge to 2.5 cups soya milk and water.
