Hi Everyone.
Please can we all make sure that when we open something, for example peanut butter, that we don't already have some open, I have done the weekly food inventory and found that we have a tub of peanut butter open and yet still someone as opened a new jar which we received in the Tesco order.
We really need to be checking before opening items, I have previously spoken to staff about this and put an email out about it, please can we be more aware what we are doing.
I am now doing a weekly food inventory, so this is something that is going to be picked up on.
