Hi Everyone.
When we are out with Fela and he is wearing his shoes, please can we all observe how Fela is walking and how his shoes appear to be fitting him.
If Fela is walking down on one side, or appears uncomfortable when walking etc. We need to inform Carla about this straight away and include this in our shift report.
How Fela's shoes are fitting him and if they are affecting his walking or causing him any pain or discomfort, is something very important that we all need to be observing daily and we must make sure that we are passing on anything that we observe.
