Update on Rats

Having spoken to Ian, the Rentokil technician on Tuesday, I wanted to reassure you that the increased activity of the rats in the six days since he laid down the poison, is entirely normal. This is a sign that they are feeling unwell as the poison takes effect.

The poison is slow-acting, and in 95% of cases, they will die outside where they go to find water.

I have arranged another visit from the technician on Monday 19 April from 8:30 – 16:00. If necessary, he will put down more poison, and advise us accordingly.

This situation should be resolved shortly.

Thank you for your patience!
