Baking: Victoria Sponge with raspberry jam filling (or any other jam in use)

• Follow the recipe for Victoria sponge.
• Fela uses Dalfour jam which has no added sugar or artificial sweeteners.
• you can give Fela a choice of jams if there are two jams in the cupboard.
• You can put jam in the middle and sprinkle some of Fela’s sugar on top.
