Baking: Peanut Butter Cookies -To replace Date Cake

*Due to there being no dates, kindly make peanut butter cookies instead.

*Remember to :

• use soya flour.
• use Fela’s sugar substitute: nature sweet/erythritol- follow the instructions e.g. how many 1.5 tsps make 5 oz?
• aim to reduce the sugar content so e.g. if the recipe states 200g sugar, use no more than 5 oz maximum. [use scales in kitchen]
• give Fela the bowl to lick with a spoon before you wash it.

spooning the mix on to the baking tray to form each cookie.
