Baking: Almond Flour Carrot Cake

Substitutes:

• erythritol Nature sweet sugar
• dairy free cream cheese (to be provided)
• use 75g Goat’s butter instead of  Greek yogurt

*Prompt Fela to peel and/or grate the carrots, stir the final mixture and scoop it into the baking pans.
