
Education at Home: Writing Various Cards & Letters
*Christmas cards for Grandad Johnny, Nanna Hazel and Uncle Chris need to be written early and posted since both Nanna and Uncle go away for Christmas.
*Cards & envelopes to be provided by Tuesday.
*Please read the cards, poem, lyrics and letters to Fela before he begins to write.
Tues: finish letter to Nanna*Fela started a letter to Nanna in September. aim to prompt him to finish it plus to songs which need finishing as well. They will all be included in his Christmas card to her.

Writing Christmas cards
Method:
- Read the words on the card with Fela – point to each word as you read on the front, inside and back
- Prompt Fela to write ‘Dear…(name of person)’ at the top of the inside of the card.
- Prompt Fela to use a pen or pencil to sign his name on the bottom of the inside of the card.
- Prompt Fela to add Kisses if appropriate – XXX
- Well done, Fela!
- Do not seal the envelopes as Carla may wish to add a few words before sealing.
*The cards can be brought to Green Pastures on Sunday 16 November.
