Education at Home: Writing Various Cards & Letters

*Card, envelopes to be provided.

Tues: Write thank you letter to Uncle Chris
Wed: Write thank you letter to Shahab
Thurs: Write thank you letter to Kingsley
Fri: Write thank you letter and cards x 2 to Nanna Hazel

Please print a new copy as the original left at the house did not have sufficient 1.5 spacing between words in part of the letter. Oops!

Thank you letter –

• Thank you card and Happy Mother’s Day Nanna card for Nanna Hazel.
• Thank you letter for Nanna
• Thank you letter for Uncle Chris
• Thank you letter for Shahab
• Thank you letter for Kingsley

*Please read the letters and card before beginning to write.

Method:

• Read the words on the card with Fela – point to each word as you read on the front, inside and back
• Prompt Fela to write ‘Dear…(name of person)’ at the top of the inside of the card.
• Prompt Fela to use a pen or pencil to sign his name on the bottom of the inside of the card.
• Prompt Fela to add Kisses if appropriate – XXX
• Well done, Fela!
• Do not seal the envelopes as Carla may wish to add a few words before sealing.

*Carla will arrange for the letters and cards to be brought to Green Pastures on Sunday 4 May.
