Education at Home: Writing Christmas Cards

*A box of seven greeting cards to be provided. The box contains a variety of cards but mainly the one shown on the front.

Signing Greeting Cards for key people in Fela’s life:

*Please remember to only show Fela one line at a time so he only copies the relevant names on to the relevant card. If he is in the mood, you may also prompt him to copy the names on to the envelopes.

Method:

• Read the words on the card with Fela – point to each word as you read on the front, inside and back
• Prompt Fela to write ‘Dear…(name of person)’ at the top of the inside of the card.
• Prompt Fela to use a pen to sign his name on the bottom of the inside of the card.
• Wel done, Fela!
• Do not seal the envelopes as Carla may wish to add a few words before sealing.

*Carla will pick up the cards except the cards for Liz, Joe and window cleaners.
