Fela Chores: Workout while Cleaning & Tidying + Manicure

After Sunday lunch, try to get Fela off the settee and engage him in some chores:

Choices:

• Wipe shoes with damp cloth – blue slippers, blue trainers, brown trainers, hiking boots.
• Dust wooden bannister on staircase to bedrooms with yellow dusting cloths and disinfectant spray.
• Fold bedding, towels, blankets – let him hold the two edges on one end and you hold the two edges on the other end. Get him to stand up and  exercise his arms as he is folding.
• Encourage Fela to fold clothes, then put them away – in wardrobe, cupboards in his bedroom.
• Hoover lounge: encourage him to help you move the settee forward so he can hoover underneath the settee. Remember to remove anything valuable from the floor so it doesn’t get hoover up.
• Wipe dining table and chairs.
• Sweep driveway including paved area at the side of house with garden broom, scoop up leaves in garden dustpan and put in brown bin – not appropriate for winter.[The garden broom, big dustpan are in the basement, you will need to ensure Fela is properly dressed for going outside even for a brief moment]
