To prepare Fela for the outing:

• Play the trailers/clips for him from youtube – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gelw9y9BPlo
• Ask him if he wants to go – thumbs up or thumbs down?
• Snack: replace afternoon snack with popcorn and walnuts, 1/2 flask of tea to pack.
• Pack money for tickets: Pay at reception £10:00 for Fela and one member of staff; one staff go free.
• Pack CEA card in case it is requested at reception.

Parking: Disability bay in front of centre. Alternatively you can park in a disability bay in Tesco’s at the back of MAC. Remember to display blue badge.
