Social Story of Fela’s Visit to Natural Doctor Clinic for Blood Test

Social story –

This social story is to be printed on Monday night and read to Fela early on Tuesday morning after waking – 13 May. He will then need to take it with him in the car to the clinic.

Please prepare Fela’s breakfast, and pack his breakfast, flask of water, flask of green tea and his waking and morning supplments in his picnic wheelie bag. His green backpack  is to be used only for his clothes and other items.  He will have his breakfast immediately after the blood test at 8:30. He is not supposed to eat anything before the test including no supplements – just water

Michael will pick Fela at 10:00.
