Shift Report:
Fela got out the bath around 10pm he did his routine well and was in bed with lights out for 10:25, fela went sleep around 11:15, flea then slept untill 3am, he used the toilet and then got back into bed he didn’t go back to sleep, I took his supplements up at 7:10 and then he did his routine, he was downstairs for 8:10 breakfast and supplements taken and is now sitting on the sofa
