Fela got out the bath around 21:45 he dried himself and then used the toilet. He then did his routine well and used the toilet again before getting into bed. We said prayer and i left his music on. Fela was in bed by 22:15. The cameras arnt working so I can’t say how much sleep fela has had. I heard him go the toilet around 1:10am then get back into bed he has been quiet all night. So hopefully he has slept good. I heard him at 8:15 and he used the toilet m. He sat down and asked for 5. He had a big bowel movement and then sat on the bed for his supplements fruit and tea. Once finished he got in the shower. Fela is still in the shower on me leaving
