Shift Report:
Fela was out of the bath by 9:37pm and he had his sleep mixed.
We went upstairs for his evening routine and he was in bed by 10:04pm.
He slept around 11:16pm and woke at 6:35am. He was prompted to the loo. I went upstairs at 6:45 to assist him have his shower and his
supplements and tea. He had his morning routine. We came downstairs for his breakfast Paul and Shahab came for morning duty. Handing over done. Petty cash signed. When leaving Fela was sitting on his settee listening to music
