Fela was out of bath at 9:46pm and he had his sleep mix. We went to his bedroom and evening routine completed. He was in bed by 10:09pm and he slept around 10:37pm and woke up around 1:42am. He was prompted to go to the loo which he did. He slept again at 2:26am. He woke up at 6:37am and went to the loo. We came downstairs for his wakes supplement and he had his shower. He brushed his teeth and he had his breakfast. We went upstairs to complete his morning routine and we came downstairs to the lounge. Mercy and Marc came for morning duty. I handed over.
