After Fela finished his bath, I assisted him to dry himself. He then brushed his teeth, and we went to his room to complete his evening routine. I gave him a massage before bed, and Fela fell asleep at 22:20.
At 01:04, Fela woke up and I prompted him to use the toilet. I checked his bed, and it was dry. He returned to bed and I placed his weighted blanket on top. Fela tossed and turned for some time but remained calm and quiet. He took a while to settle and eventually fell back asleep at 05:34 and woke up again at 5:58.
At 06:10, I went to his room, greeted him, and opened the curtains. We came downstairs, where he took his morning supplements with water. He then had a shower and brushed his teeth.
Fela had his breakfast followed by his remaining supplements. We went upstairs to complete his morning routine, then returned downstairs.
At the time of this report, Fela was relaxed in the lounge. Although he did not sleep much during the night, he coped very well with his morning routine.
