Shift Report:
Arrived for my shift at Felas’, PN&VE handed over, met Fela seated on the sofa having his snack. I updated the TEACCH board as Fela took his tea, assisted cooking with VE. Fela used the toilet before joining us for dinner, later had his hot chocolate drink. Relaxed to music and had his shoulder massager, served his evening snack and supplement. Ran his bath and assisted him to it. Relaxed in the bathtub.
