Shift Report:
Fela was out of the bath at 21.40 helped to dry. Body nap was done. Fela then brushed his teeth and passed urine before heading to the bedroom. Fela was in bed at 22.00 and asleep at 22.13. woke at 4am and fell back asleep at 6.20. When waking Fela at 6.30 he quietly asked for 5. We then came downstairs had his supplements and had his shower. Afterwards brushed his teeth and sat for breakfast. Had supplements and headed upstairs. Morning routine completed and came downstairs.
