Fela got out the bat around 21:55 he then did his routine well and was in bed woth liaghts out for 22:30. Fela was asleep for stoke 23:00. Fela slept straight through till 08:35 o took his supplements up but fela had been incontinent. Fela used the toilet then got into the shower. He then had supplements and Julie did his routine. He came downstairs and had breakfast and then Michael arrived to take me off
