PN handed over when VE & I arrived at Fela’s, Fela was done with his breakfast and sweaty as well. VE updated the TEACCH board with Fela and he approved with a thumbs up. We went on with the cleaning duties as Fela was relaxed to music after we changed his vest and shirt, later we got the ransack ready and him as well to set out for a walk. We had an hour and 45 minutes of walk and returned home, Fela was soaked in sweat, we changed all his clothing and he used the toilet. Washed his handed and sat down to relax as we went on to cook lunch, lunch was ready, we all sat, prayed and ate together afterwards he had his dessert and assisted me to dry the dishes. He went to have a seat and listened to music, I offered him a nap and he accepted, made the lounge ready and head massaged, he slept for an hour and 50 minutes and I woke him up, prompted him to the toilet and we did Makaton. CC rang in to advise on opening the windows to allow fresh air circulation, also the fans were brought out, cleaned and placed in their respective areas. Served him his snack when he woke up and handed over to EO when she arrived for her shift. Fela relaxed in his sofa when leaving.
