I arrived for shoft and fela was in the bath I went and said hello to fela then had handover from jade and Emma t.
They both left and did some chores.
I then prompted fela out of the bath at 10pm he got himself dry used toielt past urine then we headed upstairs fela completed his evening routine well . Fela went cleaned his teeth. While fela cleaned hos teeth I tried to sort out c.d paly as it would register any of his c.d I went got one of fela older c.d from down stairs the choir one and it worked stright away. I put it on a lower volume than normal as I know one songs come on quite loud which is why the c.d was removed. But I didn’t want fela to be with out music as he is used to having music on.
Fela then got into bed we said prayer and good night .
Music left on low.
Fela was in bed for 10.25pm and asleep by 11pm. I didn’t hear fela all night on checking camera fela appears to of slept through.
I went up to fela just after 7am and took up his refreshment I sat with fela while he had these. I then prompted fela into the bathroom fela used the toielt and past urine then got into the shower. I supported fela with personal hygiene then signed 10mintues.
I want back up to fela and prompted him out off and we complet3d fela routine he completed this very well. Was downstairs for 8.25am had his aleo juice. Then said prayer and ate his breakfast .
Once finsihed fela had supplements then went sat in his rocking choar listened to music. I did some jobs.
Marc arrived handover given, myself and Marc got the day jobs done then Marc did board with fela. Fela got his shoes on used toielt. Fela had large normal bowel movment .
We then left to take fela to mama and michaels. On our leaving fela was sitting in his arm chair
